Privacy

What we keep

• Your account: your @queensu.ca email, and your name if you add one. Buyers only ever see your first name and rating.
• Tickets you list: the PDF and the QR code on it. Only the current owner of a ticket can see its QR.
• Orders: what was bought, for how much, and when. Card details go to Stripe and never touch our servers.
• Payouts: Stripe holds your bank details. We only store that your payouts are set up.

Your ticket PDF

We read the QR codes in your browser. The PDF is stored privately so the owner can view it. A PDF with several tickets on it locks once any of them changes hands, so nobody can see a ticket that isn’t theirs.

Who we share it with

Stripe (payments), Supabase (our database and sign-in) and nobody else. We don’t sell data and there are no ad trackers.

Deleting your account

Email support@qtickets.ca from your Queen’s address. We keep order records as long as the law requires for payments, and delete the rest.
